FAQ

Are children invited?

Due to the nature of our venue, no guests under 21 will be permitted. We want our guests to be able to let loose and enjoy the evening!

What is the dress code?

Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception indoors, so we want our guests to be comfortable! The dress code will be garden party cocktail! Ladies are encouraged to wear colorful dresses of any length! The weather in May can swing either cold or very hot, so a light sweater may needed. For the men, a suit and jacket is acceptable, but feel free to leave the tie at home!

No jeans please!

Can I bring a plus one?

If you're invitation includes a guest, then you are more than welcome to bring a plus one. However, due to the size of our venue we are unable to accommodate additional guests not listed on your invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

YES! We will have a selection of beer, wine, and liquor to chose from!

Do you have hotel blocks for guests?

Since downtown Raleigh offers so many amazing accommodations we are not going to have a hotel block. We have included a list of walkable hotels on the "Travel" page, so please feel free to pick the location and hotel that suits your needs best! There are also many short term rentals available throughout Raleigh.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is street parking available near the venue as well as a few downtown decks. We encourage you to walk or Uber/Lyft from your accommodations, but if you chose to drive we will have more detailed parking information available closer to the wedding date!

Do you have recommendations for things to do in the area?

Raleigh is an amazing city with tons of things to do! We have amazing museums, which you can learn more about here.

We also have an amazing food and bar scene. Our favorites are Lynnwood Brewing Concern, Standard Beer + Food, The Stanbury, St. Roch Fine Oysters, Brewery Bhavana, and Anchor Bar. However, you can't go wrong with anywhere in Raleigh!

Raleigh is also home to many greenways and hiking trails, which you can learn more about here.

When should I RSVP by?

The RSVP deadline will be set closer to the wedding and will be listed on the formal invitation. However, feel free to RSVP early via the RSVP section on our website if you know if you can make it or not!

Will there be allergy friendly food options?

Yes, if you have an allergy or special dietary need, please make sure you list it when RSVP-ing so we can work with our vendor partners to provide a safe meal for you!
